1. Why no power after installation?
Confirm the car voltage is 12V;Confirm car ignition (turn ignition key to “ACC”)Check whether the fuse is working or not;Confirm both the yellow and red cables have already been connected;Confirm that unused cables have been sealed with electrical tape individually.
2. Why the saved stations/clock setting/playack status memory lost every time you start the car?
A: Please exchange the yellow and red cables to connect. (the red cable and the yellow cable are in opposite positions in some car models)
3. Why can’t insert disc or disc insert half?
A: Make sure the screws on the top have been removed.
4. Why no sound?
A: Confirm that audio cables have been connected correctly and unused cables have been sealed with electrical tape individually.
