How can I play Netflix/Disney+/Amazon Prime Video movies with this video projector?

1. Due to HDCP copyright protection issues, the WiFi function does not support smartphone protected apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu.

2. You can connect the projector to your TV Stick or Roku Stick and enjoy your favorites from Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Disney and more. TV Stick and Roku Stick need to be purchased separately (not included)

3. You can connect the game console to the projector via the HDMI interface, or share precious photos with your family, play the videos downloaded to the U disk, and enjoy a movie night.

Why does the projector look blurry when it’s on?

When you start it for the first time, you can focus the projector to the clearest state with manual focus and keystone correction of ±15°. The LED projector natively supports 4K video at 1080p, giving you a powerful, immersive 4K movie experience.

How can I get Bluetooth to work?

To find the Bluetooth option, select “BT” from the LED projector’s main menu and let the projector detect the Bluetooth speaker you want to connect.

It is best to keep the Bluetooth speaker no more than 3 meters away from the mini beamer to ensure stable transmission.

Bluetooth Connection Tips:

（1）The Bluetooth function of all projectors is primarily for connecting Bluetooth speakers/headphones/headsets to enhance the sound when needed. It is not suitable for transferring phone data or videos.

（2）If the projector’s Bluetooth function does not detect your speakers, try resetting the projector, turning the speakers off and on again.

If black spots appear on the screen, you can simply remove the dust from the air outlet on the bottom of the device to ensure the effectiveness and lifespan. Warm tips:

(1) The Glisogo C9 projector is primarily intended for home cinema entertainment. For best results, it is recommended to use the mini projector in a relatively dark environment, not for the daylight.

(2) This 1080P projector is not designed to be used in presentations, Word and Excel formats directly, but you can make presentations by connecting it to a laptop. Also, please draw the curtains so that the surrounding area is not too bright.

(3) For compatibility reasons, some Android devices may not support screen mirroring. E.g. some models from Google/Motorola/Sony.

(4) Noise is normal for LED projectors because the projector has a built-in fan. It is normal for the LED projector that fan noise is around 45dB. This operating noise is almost imperceptible when watching film material with soundtrack. The fan speed remains largely constant.

(5) With all home projectors on the market, the edges of the image are not as sharp as the center, which is the characteristic of all LCD projectors.

(6) If there is no sound when playing videos on Netflix, please turn off Dolby Audio (Settings>Display and Sound>Audio>Dolby Digital Out>then turn on Dolby Digital+).

(7) Due to copyright reasons, videos from certain platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc. cannot be displayed as mirror images. You can use an HDMI cable/TV stick to work on the projector and enjoy these videos. (Amazon TV Stick 4k is not supported)

(8) To prevent the device from overheating, do not block the projector’s cooling vents or cover it with a dust cloth when using it.

(9) Before using the WiFi function, make sure the projector and your device (smartphone, tablet or PC) are connected to the same WiFi router. It is recommended to use a bandwidth of 50 Mbit or more.

(10) If you are using a wired connection, make sure you are using the original data cable.

(11) The Full HD projector does not have an HDMI ARC function. This means that the HMDI input signal is not transmitted back via the ARC function to a 5.1 amplifier, for example.

(12) WiFi or Bluetooth connectivity issues are not a technical defect and Glisogo offers lifetime.
