FAQ
Q1 Why can I only turn on my projector while the charging cable is connected?
A1 Updating the firmware to the latest version can solve the problem.
1. Turn on J4 and go to Home > Settings > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Settings > Internet and connect the J4 projector to your router/Wi-Fi.
2. Go back to Settings > Firmware Update > Switch to the Internet (or called OTA), click “OK” and wait for the firmware to update automatically.
3. After the firmware upgrade finish, please go to Home> Setting> Reset All, then you will never have to turn on your projector while the charging cable is connected.
Q2 What should I do when the remote control is not working?
A2 Please hold both Volume+ and Volume- buttons simultaneously on the remote. Do this when you are close to your projector. Once the red LED flashes quickly, it means that the remote has paired successfully with J4. Your remote control should now work normally.
Q3 How many hours can J4 work in one charge?
A3 J4 projector has built-in battery which allows you to play videos for 5 hours when you using eco mode.
Q4 How to activate the portrait mode?
A4 A built-in G sensor can detect rotation and switch the horizontal projection to vertical(portrait) projection.
